The companies first ground up new builds, consisting of two, architect designed, 4/5 bedroom houses on a sloping site in Bideford. They are traditional concrete block construction with render, block and beam floors and plastered internal block walls. They are very solid and quiet inside.

They each have underfloor heating on every floor, 4.5 Kw solar panel system (flush mounted and battery ready), an air source heat pump and a 5000 litre rainwater harvesting system. There is no Gas into these houses.
