We broke ground in June 2019. The steel reinforced concrete retaining wall with waterproof concrete and membrane was first, then stepped foundations. Once we were up to DPC it was fairly straightforward, apart from Covid. We, where possible, used local tradesman and suppliers, and tried to create as little waste as possible.
